YOUR EVERYDAY LISTENING RITUAL
Build your kind of quiet.
A little rain. A favourite tone. Room to breathe.
Layer the sounds you love into a space that feels like you.
A LITTLE SPACE TO RETURN TO
Your saved spaces.
Your spaces live in this browser on this device. No account or cloud copy is created.
How saving and backups work
Save keeps a named mix, its levels and timers here. A heart remembers an individual sound in Favourites. Pin up to three saved mixes for quick access on Listen and Sleep.
Use Back up spaces to download a JSON settings file, then Restore backup on another browser or device. Audio files are not included. Browser data clearing, private browsing, and moving to a different website address can remove or separate your local spaces. Keep a downloaded backup before switching.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
Your quiet space
LET THE DAY SETTLE
A softer landing.
Browsing Sleep keeps your sounds and timer as you set them. The fade is included in the session duration.
Listening on your phone
Choose a comfortable volume and a session timer, then settle in. If a call or a change of headphones interrupts your audio, use Resume listening when you’re ready.
Dimming changes the app’s colours, not your screen’s hardware brightness.
COME BACK TO SOMETHING FAMILIAR
Your usual quiet.
Pin up to three favourites in My spaces.

02 / THE SOUND LIBRARY
Find your sound.
Related cards name their shared source family. Every option can still be layered independently.
Try “rain”, “piano”, “steady” or “no music”. No music excludes the music collection. Try “no voices” or “steady” to find synthesized backgrounds.
Start with one musical voice, then add a little weather or water.
Build a backdrop, add a little melody, or explore a frequency. The ⓘ tells you more about each sound.
Preview a sound for 10 seconds before adding it. Your playing mix softens, then returns to its balance. Preview level follows overall volume, capped at 20%; binaural previews need stereo headphones.
Have a frequency in mind?
A few listening tips
Keep it comfortable.
Start low and balance each layer gently. Binaural beats need stereo headphones. Small speakers may struggle with a deep 40 Hz bass tone.
Your listening. Your choice.
Make a comfortable background for rest, reading or a moment to yourself. The listening notes distinguish practical suggestions, personal meanings and research; these mixes have no promised healing effect or particular brain state.
About tone precision & the digital check
Precise tones. Transparent limits.
This silent check renders the standalone pure-tone and binaural graphs at 44.1 and 48 kHz, then measures their audio samples. It checks those generated frequencies, not the full soundscape, your speakers, or any wellness effect.
Ready to check. No microphone access needed.

Physical playback also depends on your device’s audio clock and output equipment. Adding music or nature sounds creates a richer spectrum while leaving each tone’s target setting intact.
